You are signed in
Your plan, needs, goals, resume, opportunities, and progress are ready in your private WAYmaker space.
Safety, needs, gratitude, and one right next step.
Connect goals, needs, skills, support, work, and availability.
Follow jobs, learning, milestones, documents, and completed steps.
Pressure manual
A practical handrail for high-stress moments: regulate first, reframe what changed, then take one steady next step.
When results break
The goal is not to erase anger or fear. The goal is to respond in a way you can respect later.
Scarcity vs Build
MacGyver inventory
Name it once. Do not build a home there.
Breath, phone, time, skill, person, place, choice, God, hope.
One call, one message, one resource, one safer location, one plan.
Core principles

Keep your plan, needs, skills, support, job progress, and milestones together. Community-facing work and hiring live in Unity Commons.

Your next faithful step
Name what you need, name what you can offer, and take one clear action.
Add a few basics so people can match with you well.
Field Guide in your dashboard
When a need, conflict, job problem, or housing issue spikes, start with the pressure reset: name the break, take inventory, choose one clean move.
Your shelf
A stable place to donate belongs on every dashboard. This form saves your Wayhouse giving note, then opens Zeffy where payment is completed securely.
A simple matching engine compares your skills, interests, and offers to real posted jobs. Apply with a short note, then keep the conversation under that job.
Roles brought into WAYmaker are here because they support a participant plan. Staff and authorized job owners can review applicants and keep follow-up attached to the placement.
Review roles intended for participants, confirm that the work fits Wayhouse support and safety, then publish it to the participant Opportunity Board.
Guided intake
First we sort urgency and action. Then, after the next-step plan is clear, you can add personal info so Wayhouse can help connect the circle.
Private support room
Enter a room code from an intake. This is not a public chat or social feed. Keep addresses, passwords, and sensitive details out of messages until a trusted helper is verified.

No feeds. No likes. Only opportunity.
Approved participant jobs, apprenticeships, barter roles, training, and volunteer placements will appear here after review.
Private participant placement
